Payment Options and Cancellations

A. Payment Options

Our guest can choose to pay with card or cash, there is a 3.5% convenience fee if pay with card. You can also give us a call at 757-604-9051 to schedule an appointment if you want to pay with cash.

B. Late Arrivals

In an effort to provide the best service for all guest, please see our late arrival policy below:


B1. Late Arrival with Notice 


B.1.1  If you may arrive within 15 minutes (not include 15 minutes) late for a 30 minutes session


B.1.2  If you may arrive within 30 minutes (not include 30 minutes) late for a 60 minutes or a more than 60 minutes session


B.1.3  If you may arrive 15 minutes or more than 15 minutes late for a 30 minutes session


B.1.4  If you may arrive 30 minutes or more than 30 minutes late for a 60 minutes session or a more than 60 minutes session


please give us a notice by phone call or text messages, we do not accept email or online messages for late arrival notice.  No fee will be charged if you still want to keep your appointment, but the length of your session will be shortened.

B2. Late Arrival without Notice


B.2.1  Should you arrive within 15 minutes (not include 15 minutes) late for a 30 minutes session without notice. No fee will be charged if you still want to keep your appointment, but the length of your session will be shortened. 


B.2.2  Should you arrive within 30 minutes (not include 30 minutes) late for a 60 minutes session or a more than 60 minutes session without notice. No fee will be charged if you still want to keep your appointment, but the length of your session will be shortened. 


B.2.3  Should you arrive 15 minutes or more than 15 minutes late for a 30 minutes session without notice, you will be required to reschedule your appointment and 100% of the fee of your session will be charged. 


B.2.4  Should you arrive 30 minutes or more than 30 minutes late for a 60 minutes session or a more than 60 minutes session without notice, you will be required to reschedule your appointment and 100% of the fee of your session will be charged.

C. Reschedule

C1. Sessions booked 24 hours prior to the session:  

We understand that there will be times when you need to change your scheduled appointments, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours' notice. No fee will be charged if we received your notice 24 hours prior to your session. Please contact us through phone call or text messages, we do not accept email or online messages for rescheduling.

2. Give us notice of less than 24 hours. 

3. Give us notice through email or online messages. 

Your appointment will be canceled and 100% of the fee for your session will be non-refundable as a cancellation fee.     


C2. Sessions booked within 24 hours prior to the session:  

If you book the session within 24 hours prior to the session, we kindly ask that you give us 3 hours' notice. Please understand the closer to your appointment, the less possibility we can book another client at that occupied time frame, and less flexibility we can re-arrange our therapists and other clients, thus 50% of the fee of your session will be charged as rescheduling fee. Please contact us through phone call or text messages, we do not accept email or online messages for rescheduling.

E. Connection

If you didn't hear our response right away or reach us out of our business hours (Wednesday to Sunday 10 am to 9 pm, we take our last appointment at 7 pm), please make sure you leave a voice mail and a text message right after your call (please do both), this is to make sure you have proof of contacting us about your appointment at a certain time, we will process your Late Arrival/Reschedule/Cancellation request as soon as we get to it.   


If you called us multiple times and no one has answered your phone calls yet, please make sure you leave a voice mail and a text message(please do both) state your Late/Arrival/Reschedule/Cancellation request, We DO NOT credit missed calls history as your Late Arrival/Reschedule/Cancellation request since we don't know the purpose of your call at that time, a clear statement of your Late Arrival/Reschedule/Cancellation request through voice mail and text message will be appreciated to avoid any confusions.


Your timing will be credited as the time you reach out to us, not the time we get back to you. Our staff will personally contact you via text and phone call to help you with your appointment.
